Asiana celebrates the launching of three weekly flights to Rome

Asiana Airlines celebrated the launching of its three weekly flights to Rome with a ribbon-cutting ceremony in the passenger terminal at Incheon International Airport.

Rome is Asiana's fifth destination in Europe, following Frankfurt, London, Paris and Istanbul.

The new nonstop service is offered three times a week on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, utilising a B777-200 aircraft with 300 seats.

“The new Incheon-Rome service will strengthen its European network by providing wider variety of flight schedules, destinations and itineraries, which in turn will raise Asiana's competitiveness," said Asiana CEO Kim Soo Cheon.
