Gold Track

Star Alliance Gold Track is a new Star Alliance product which offers eligible customers priority at security checks at around 150 airports served by Star Alliance and at immigration in selected locations. This premium service is gradually being rolled out at airport terminals served by Star Alliance worldwide.

Star Alliance Gold Track is offered to customers who have Star Alliance Gold Status or who are travelling with Star Alliance member airlines in First Class or Business Class.

As Gold Track becomes available in individual stations, we will be asking frontline staff, particularly at check-in desks, to make those eligible passengers aware that they can use this new service. To check the status at your own airport, please talk to your station manager or check here.
