United adding 11 flights to Hawaii, making it the top carrier to the state
United said Tuesday it is going big to Hawaii. Starting Dec 20, United is adding 11 additional flights between the mainland US and Hawaii. The increase will make United the carrier offering the most flights between the continent and Hawaii. The additional Hawaii service will be flown from United's hubs in Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and San Francisco. United already offers nonstop service from all of its hubs to Honolulu, including the only nonstops from Chicago. United's hubs in Los Angeles and San Francisco remain the largest gateways for passengers transiting to Hawaii from elsewhere in the country. <br/>
