Some American Airlines flight attendants are now hawking AA-branded credit cards from Barclays. American management is encouraging flight attendants to get with the new credit card program. As a recent memo to FAs noted, the base pay an AA flight attendant would receive for each approved credit card application is US$60 through August of this year. The memo stated the compensation could increase to as much as $100 per approved application with bonuses factored into the equation.
