Vietnam Airlines to list on Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange by April

Vietnam Airlines will list its shares on the Ho Chi Minh Stock Exchange by early April, the company said on Tuesday. The airline, which is more than 80% owned by the government and 8.77% owned by Japan’s ANA Holdings, will list 1.4b shares on the bourse, it said via email. “The listing will take place early April next year at the latest,” it said, adding that it previously planned to list the shares within Q1 of next year. Shares of Vietnam Airlines are trading at 34,200 dong apiece on the unlisted public company market, or UPCoM. <br/>
