Air Lease Corp has signed an agreement to cut aircraft leasing costs for Vietnam Airlines, the Vietnamese government said on Wednesday. Air Lease Corp has also agreed to cancel or delay aircraft deliveries to Vietnam’s flag carrier to help it weather the impacts of the pandemic, the government said.<br/>
