76 flights to and from Japan’s Haneda Airport to be cancelled due to heavy snow
Japanese airlines will cancel flights on Monday on some routes. For domestic flights to and from Haneda Airport in Tokyo, Japan Airlines and All Nippon Airways will cancel 76 flights on Monday afternoon. East Nippon Expressway has prohibited driving with summer tires on expressways in Tokyo and Kanagawa Prefecture since Monday morning due to heavy snow forecast. On parts of the Ken-O Expressway, the road company began implementing precautionary road closures on Monday. This is due to the forecast of heavy snowfall over a wide area in the Kanto Koshin region, including Tokyo, from around noon on Monday to Tuesday morning.<br/>
