Spirit Airlines takes delivery of first A320neo in US
Spirit Airlines has received its first Airbus A320neo, making the carrier the first in the US to take delivery of the type. The aircraft, which is powered by the Pratt & Whitney geared turbofan engine, is on lease from Dublin-based AerCap Holdings. Spirit is set to have five leased A320neos to its network by the end of the year.
